Built for Aveley's Modern Homes
Most Aveley homes were built from the mid-2000s onward, meaning modern switchboards and straightforward roof access — a simpler, faster install than older housing stock, with less chance of an unexpected switchboard upgrade cost.
Aveley’s larger modern homes also tend to run more energy-hungry appliances — ducted air conditioning, pools, and EVs are common here — which makes right-sizing your system properly especially worthwhile.
Why Aveley Is Switching to Solar
Western Australia has some of the highest rooftop solar uptake in the country, and Perth’s roughly 8 hours of peak sun a day make it one of the best climates in Australia for solar generation. For larger Aveley households, that translates into strong daytime offsetting of pool pumps, ducted air conditioning, and EV charging.
Most Aveley installs can also access current government incentives — we check your eligibility for the Federal Battery Rebate as part of every quote, so you know your real out-of-pocket cost upfront rather than a generic online estimate.

Life in Aveley
Aveley is a young, family-focused suburb in the City of Swan, around 30km northeast of Perth’s CBD, adjoining Ellenbrook. Modern homes, well-kept streets, and open spaces like Aveley Central Park and The Vale Lakefront Park give it a relaxed, suburban feel, with the Swan Valley’s wineries and breweries just a short drive away.
With more households here running larger homes, pools, and EVs than the Perth average, it’s an area where solar, battery, and EV charging genuinely earn their keep.

Yes — this is one of our most common jobs in Aveley. We check your existing inverter’s compatibility during a free assessment before recommending a battery.
It depends on your roof space, household size, and appliances — larger Aveley homes with pools, ducted air con, or an EV usually need a bigger system than a standard-sized home. We size every system around your actual usage rather than a one-size-fits-all number.
Ask us about current finance options when you get your quote — availability and terms can change, so we’ll talk you through what applies at the time.
Warranty terms depend on the panel, inverter, and battery brands you choose — we’ll walk you through exactly what’s covered for your specific system as part of your quote.
Savings depend on your system size, household usage, and how much of your solar you use directly versus export — we’ll give you a realistic, personalised estimate at your free site assessment rather than a generic online figure.
